Schools from the same country are typically grouped together to make it easier for students to explore their options.

Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we can make suggestions.

Airport-hotel transfers are not provided, but they can be arranged by the hotels upon request. Upon arrival in Baku, taxis can be taken from the designated airport taxi stand, or ride-hailing services such as Bolt and Uber can be used.

You’ll receive access to a list of students who registered for this undergraduate event, allowing you to follow up via email or other communication channels.
