Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.

Airport-hotel transfers are not provided by the event, but they can easily be arranged through your hotel upon request.

In Bucharest, after arriving at Henri Coanda International Airport (Otopeni), you can take a taxi from the official taxi stand or use ride-hailing apps like Bolt and Uber for a convenient trip to your hotel.

In Cluj, arrivals typically land at Cluj “Avram Iancu” International Airport. Taxis are available outside the terminal, and local ride-hailing services such as Bolt operate in the area as well.

For Timișoara, after landing at Timișoara Traian Vuia International Airport, you’ll find taxis waiting at the official stand, and ride-hailing services like Bolt are also available for quick and reliable transport to your accommodation.
