Although the participation fees are for 1 person, you can bring a colleague. The costs involved are 490 EUR (per city)

For the Private School Fairs in Vilnius and Riga, airport-hotel transfers are not provided — but getting to your accommodation is straightforward and convenient.
Vilnius
At Vilnius International Airport (VNO), taxis are readily available outside the terminal. To ensure a fair price and safe ride, stick to licensed companies like Ekipazas or JazzExpress. Alternatively, Bolt is a popular and affordable ride-hailing app widely used in the city. A trip to the city center typically takes 15-20 minutes, with fares averaging around €10-15.
For a more budget-friendly option, bus 88 or 3G connects the airport to the city center — ideal for travelers with light luggage.
Riga
At Riga International Airport (RIX), taxis are available at the official taxi rank outside the arrivals terminal. Stick to trusted companies like Red Cab or Baltic Taxi to avoid overcharging. Ride-hailing apps such as Bolt are also widely used and reliable. The journey to the city center takes approximately 20-30 minutes, with fares around €15-20.
Public transport is also an option — bus 22 and minibus 322 provide direct routes to the city center for just €1.50.
For a smooth arrival in either city, consider downloading Bolt in advance or confirming with your hotel if they can arrange a trusted transfer service. Would you like a section on local tips or sightseeing recommendations too?
