Yes, definitely. Educational institutions are warmly invited to give presentations during the Private School Fairs in Slovakia and Hungary. These sessions are a valuable chance to connect with students and families who are actively considering international secondary education options.

Presentations allow schools to highlight their academic approach, curriculum, values, and student experience—offering a personal and engaging way to stand out. As presentation slots are limited and in high demand, we recommend booking early to ensure your place. For details on how to reserve a session, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venues in Budapest and Bratislava. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.

Please note that airport-hotel transfers are not included for the Budapest and Bratislava fairs. However, transportation is easy to arrange through your hotel concierge or reception team upon request.

In Budapest, licensed taxis are available directly outside Liszt Ferenc International Airport (BUD). We recommend using Főtaxi, the official airport taxi partner, or booking through reliable ride-hailing apps like Bolt, which operates widely and affordably throughout the city.

In Bratislava, if you’re arriving via Bratislava Airport (BTS) or Vienna International Airport (VIE) (just under an hour away), taxis and Bolt are readily available. For Vienna arrivals, pre-booking a shuttle or private transfer to Bratislava is a common and convenient option. Ask your hotel for assistance if needed.

As always, we recommend avoiding unlicensed street taxis and confirming the fare in advance or using an app-based service for the most seamless experience.

You’ll have a list of students who you spoke to at the fairs, allowing you to follow up via email or other communication channels.
Bring banners, brochures, business cards, and any promotional materials you’d like to distribute. A laptop or tablet can be useful for presentations.

English is widely spoken, but if needed, interpreter services can be arranged at an additional cost.
