Airport-to-hotel transfers aren’t included, but most hotels can easily arrange them for you if you ask ahead. When you land in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara, you’ll find official taxi stands just outside the terminals—safe and straightforward. You can also use ride-hailing apps like Uber or DiDi, which are widely available and reliable across all three cities.

Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, special rates have been negotiated with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, information will be provided including details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.
