Yes, absolutely! Educational institutions are invited to deliver presentations during the Student Fair in Budapest. It’s a great opportunity to connect with engaged students who are actively exploring international study options.

These presentations offer a platform to showcase your academic programs, highlight unique strengths, and give students a real sense of campus life and global opportunities. As presentation slots are limited, we recommend registering early to secure your spot. Feel free to contact us for more information on how to book your session.

Although the participation fees are for 1 person, you can bring a colleague. The costs involved are 390 EUR (per city)

Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However,  special rates have been negotiated with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.

Airport-hotel transfers are not included, but most Budapest hotels can arrange them upon request. Upon arrival at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, you’ll find a dedicated taxi stand with licensed Fotaxi cabs — the city’s official airport taxi partner — ensuring safe, reliable service. Ride-hailing apps like Bolt are also widely available.

The journey to downtown hotels typically takes 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. All taxis accept card payments and provide receipts upon request.

For a smoother arrival, consider pre-booking a transfer through your hotel or a local service — especially during peak hours. Budapest’s hospitality and convenience start the moment you land!

You’ll have a list of students who you spoke to at the fair, allowing you to follow up via email or other communication channels.
Bring banners, brochures, business cards, and any promotional materials you’d like to distribute. A laptop or tablet can be useful for presentations.

English is widely spoken, but if needed, interpreter services can be arranged at an additional cost.
