As a university representative, you can scan the visitor’s badge when they show interest in your booth. This scan records their details (e.g., name, contact, interests), making it easy to identify who you’ve spoken to.
After the event, you’ll have a list of students to follow up with based on their interests. You can send personalized emails or calls referencing specific topics discussed and offer further information or next steps.
Bring banners, brochures, business cards, and any promotional materials you’d like to distribute. A laptop or tablet can be useful for presentations.
