You will be joined by another institution who will also be presenting, and each will have about 20 minutes to present. Our colleague will accompany you to the schools, and transport will be covered.

Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.

Transportation between the airport and hotels isn’t provided for the International Education Fair Philippines, but getting around is easy and convenient. Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) offers official, metered taxi services — look for the airport yellow taxis or book a reliable Grab ride (the leading ride-hailing app in the Philippines). Grab is widely used by locals and tourists alike for safe, affordable rides to hotels and event venues. Some hotels also offer airport transfers upon request, so it’s worth checking in advance. Travel time to central Manila hotels is typically 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic — which can be heavy during peak hours, so plan accordingly.

After the fair you’ll have access to a list of students who you spoke with during the event, allowing you to follow up via email or other communication channels.

Bring banners, brochures, business cards, and any promotional materials you’d like to distribute. A laptop or tablet can be useful for presentations.

English is widely spoken, but if needed, interpreter services can be arranged at an additional cost. Please indicate well in advance.
