Why take part in the Global Scholarship Forum?

The demand for quality higher education is increasing globally. Access to higher education is on the top of the agenda for most governments around the world. At the same time, more and more students are dependent in external funding. The Global Scholarship Forum aims to bring schools and scholarship providers together.

There is a multitude of funds and scholarships programs. Having the right contacts with funding organizations and government departments is critical but finding the right people within them can often be a challenge. The Global Scholarship Forum helps you establish a network with the people at funding organizations that are in high demand but extraordinarily difficult to reach.

What to expect from the Global Scholarship Forum?

This event allows participants to conduct high-level, private meetings with organizations that send or fund significant numbers of individuals for overseas study or training each year.

Each participating scholarship organisation will have the opportunity for up to 21 private one-to-one meetings (25 minutes each) with the participating international institutions from around the world.

Participants will receive detailed information on all attending scholarship delegates such as:

  • Number of scholarships awarded annually;
  • Subjects of interest and training requirements;
  • Preferred destination countries.

The Global Scholarship Forum will include sessions for universities and scholarship organizations to discuss topics such as best practices, budget management, selection criteria, geographical variations in scholarship programs, changing requirements, and streamlining processes.

Participants will be able to pre-arrange private meetings with scholarship providers that best match their institution and the programs they offer. And they will be treated to an extensive program of luxurious networking functions such as lunches, coffee breaks – all of which provide the perfect atmosphere to foster long lasting partnerships.

You can register by filling out the enquiry form on our website. Once submitted, availability will be confirmed and further details will be provided.

Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.

Airport-to-hotel transfers are not included; however, they can be arranged directly with your hotel upon request. Upon arrival, you can take a taxi from the designated airport taxi stand or use ride-hailing services such as Bolt or Uber.

Interestingly, Uber has launched its first international robotaxi service in Abu Dhabi in partnership with WeRide—an exciting milestone in autonomous ride-hailing technology. It could be a unique experience worth exploring!
