Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.

Airport–hotel transfers are not provided by the event, but most hotels in Belgrade can arrange a transfer for you upon request—simply contact your hotel in advance.

When you arrive at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, you can take a taxi from the official airport taxi stand located just outside the arrivals terminal. Make sure to get a voucher with a fixed price at the airport info desk before boarding.

Alternatively, you can use ride-hailing apps like Bolt or Yandex Go, which are widely available and reliable in Belgrade. (Note: Uber is currently [april 2025] not operating in Serbia.)
