With an engaging and informative presentation, universities can establish a meaningful connection with students, demonstrating why their programs are the ideal choice for academic and career growth. As presentation slots are highly sought after, it’s recommended to secure your spot early. For more details on reserving a presentation, please contact us.
Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.
Airport-hotel transfers are not included, but can easily be arranged through the hotels upon request. Upon arrival at Athens International Airport or Thessaloniki Airport, you can take a taxi from the designated taxi stands located just outside the terminals. Alternatively, ride-hailing services like Bolt and Uber are readily available, providing a convenient way to reach your hotel.
As a university representative, you can scan a visitor’s badge when they express interest in your booth. This scan captures their details (e.g., name, contact information, and areas of interest), making it easy to keep track of who you’ve engaged with.
After the event, you’ll receive a list of students to follow up with, organized by their specific interests. You can then send personalized emails or make follow-up calls, referencing the topics you discussed, and provide additional information or guidance for the next steps.
English is widely spoken in Greece, but if needed, interpreter services can be arranged at an additional cost.
