At the Croatian Education Fair, exhibitors are typically organized into country pavilions, offering students a clear and engaging way to explore international study options. This setup groups institutions from the same country together, making it easier for students to compare programs and gather information efficiently.
Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.
Airport-hotel transfers are not provided, but you can easily arrange them directly with your hotel upon request. Upon arrival at Franjo Tuđman Airport in Zagreb, you can take a taxi from the designated taxi stand or use ride-hailing services like Bolt. The drive to the city center typically takes around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic and weather. A one-way fare is usually around 150-200 HRK, and taxi drivers can provide receipts upon request.
At the fair, universities connect with students through individual meetings, presentations, and information sessions. These interactions are tracked in the event management system, which records key details such as meeting length and discussion topics. After the fair, this data is made available to universities, allowing them to evaluate their engagements and prioritize targeted follow-up actions.
English is widely spoken, but if needed, interpreter services can be arranged.
