Yes, universities and schools are welcome to give a presentation at the International Education Fair in Vilnius. It’s a great chance to speak directly to motivated students and parents, offering insight into your academic offerings, student experience, and the international pathways your institution provides.

Presentations are a powerful way to leave a lasting impression—helping you stand out by telling your story, showcasing your strengths, and connecting with those actively planning their education abroad. Availability is limited, so we recommend reserving your slot early. Feel free to contact us for details on how to book your presentation.

Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.

Airport transfers are not included, but getting from Vilnius International Airport to the city center is easy and convenient with several options available:

Taxi: Licensed taxis can be found just outside the arrivals area. The ride to downtown Vilnius typically takes around 15–20 minutes and costs approximately €15–€20. To ensure a fair rate, always choose official taxi services.

Ride-Hailing Services: Bolt is widely used in Vilnius and offers a simple, app-based option for quick and affordable transportation. Designated pickup points are clearly marked at the airport.

Hotel Transfers: Many Vilnius hotels offer airport pickup services upon request. It’s best to arrange this with your hotel in advance to guarantee availability.

Private Shuttle Services: Several local companies provide shared or private shuttle transfers between the airport and central Vilnius. These services are a comfortable and reliable choice, especially for groups or those with extra luggage.

At the end of the study abroad fair in Vilnius, you’ll have a list of students who you spoke to at the fair, allowing you to follow up via email or other communication channels.
Bring banners, brochures, business cards, and any promotional materials you’d like to distribute. A laptop or tablet can be useful for presentations.

English is widely spoken in Lithuania, but if needed, interpreter services can be arranged at an additional cost.
