At the Education Fair in Latvia, exhibitors are usually arranged in country-specific pavilions, creating a clear and inviting layout for attendees. Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.

Airport transfers are not included, but there are several convenient ways to reach the city from Riga International Airport:

Taxi: Official taxis are available just outside the arrivals terminal. A trip to the city center usually takes about 15–20 minutes and costs approximately €15–€20. Always use licensed taxi services for a reliable fare.

Ride-Hailing Services: Bolt operates widely in Riga and is a popular choice for quick and easy transportation. Simply order a ride via the app, with clear pickup zones marked at the airport.

Hotel Transfers: Many hotels in Riga provide airport transfer services upon request. It’s a good idea to contact your accommodation in advance to arrange this.

Private Shuttle Services: Several companies offer private or shared shuttle transfers from the airport to various locations in the city, providing a comfortable and efficient option for travelers.
