Accommodation is not included in the exhibitor package. However, we have negotiated special rates with hotels at or near the fair venue. Once you register, we will provide details on recommended hotels and how to book at the discounted rate.
Airport transfers are not included, but several convenient options are available:
- Taxi: Official taxis are readily available just outside the arrivals hall at Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport. A ride to the city center typically takes 10–15 minutes and costs around €10–€15.
- Ride-Hailing Services: Both Bolt and Uber operate in Tallinn. You can request a ride through their respective apps, with designated pickup points clearly indicated at the airport .
- Hotel Transfers: Many hotels offer transfer services upon request. It’s advisable to contact your hotel in advance to arrange this.
- Private Shuttle Services: Companies like AirportShuttle.ee provide 24/7 shared or private transfers between the airport and city center hotels, offering a cost-effective and comfortable option.
English is widely spoken in Estonia, but if needed, interpreter services can be arranged at an additional cost.
