The International Education Fair United Arab Emirates combines traditional education fairs with visits to top private and international high schools. This is a truly unique approach to student fairs. In an action-packed 5 days of student recruitment, you will engage with the full spectrum of prospective students, from undergraduate and graduate candidates.
This is the only study abroad event in the UAE to be fully supported by the Ministry of Education and the Knowledge and the Human Development Authority (KHDA). This year we will be welcoming more than 85 international universities from 22 countries.
The UAE study fair – an overview
Gear up for an exciting student recruitment journey kicking off on 8 October 2025! Over the course of two days, you’ll visit up to six premier international high schools in Dubai, engaging directly with students and parents who are actively exploring study abroad opportunities. Then, on 11 and 12 October, join us for the highly anticipated annual student fair in Dubai—two full days of meaningful connections with eager, study abroad-oriented students. On 13 October, the adventure continues in Abu Dhabi where we’ll wrap up the week on a high note with the Abu Dhabi student fair.

This setup groups institutions from the same country together, making it easier for students to compare programs and gather information efficiently.
Airport-hotel transfers are not provided, but they can be arranged by the hotels upon request. Upon arrival, taxis can be taken from the designated airport taxi stand, or ride-hailing services such as Bolt and Uber can be used. You may be interested to know that Uber has introduced its first international robotaxi service in Abu Dhabi, in partnership with WeRide, marking a significant advancement in autonomous ride-hailing in the region.
